Hello, my name is Nicki. I gained 75 pounds!!! when I got pregnant with my two year old daughter! Since then my weight has fluctuated so much. I don't have a problem with working out, I just need will power when it comes to EATING!! Anyone got any tips....other than the obvious, like, "Just put the fork down fatty!" HaHa!

Hi Nicki - I think the best tip is that you need fuel to function, so don't get into the 'diet and deprivation' mindset. think instead about eating quality foods that will help you achieve your goals. lots of fresh vegetables, lean protein and moderate amounts of complex carbs at regualr intervals throughout the day will stoke your metabolism and give you energy to keep up with your busy 2 year-old and get your workouts in.
It can often take 6-8 weeks for women to see noticeable changes when they start a routine - so don't get discouraged, be consistent in exercising and healthy eating and you will lose the fat!
