Goodness I'm out of shape! Day 1 in wtrm

So I just got done with day 1 of being back in the gym and I can not believe how out of shape I have gotten.

Two years ago I was in the best shape of my life, benching 425+ and hitting 225 38 times.

Today back in the gym I slap 185 on the bench and do a first set of 16, second of.... 4! And I can't get the bar off my chest. I am truly truly truly out of shape. What a wake up call!

So I wake up this morning and I am sore in my.... elbows? WTF? Bi's and Tri's are fine but for whatever reason all the muscle around my elbows is as hard as a rock and sore as can be. This is totally new to me!
