I am 5' tall and 58kg
I put on 10 kg when i quit ciggarettes in little over a month and it really worries me.
I have a photo shoot for a casting agency and it would be great if anyone can give me any tips/pointers?
My main issue is my belly and thighs.
I only have a treadmil, no weights.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Look up body weight exercises for your strength training, and definitely watch what you eat. If I did my math right, you're around 130 lbs? try eating around 1500 calories a day for starters, and see what that gets you. Don't drop the calories too low, or you'll do more harm than good to your metabolism. Make sure that your diet is as balanced you can get it.
