Hey im new to FT and thought i could get some ideas of what people think my injury is
about a year ago i was doing chin ups with 45pds hanging from my waist. day after had regular muscle soreness, more days past and my left elbow was still sore, i figured i may have just worked my left side more that day somehow.
anywho so days after my elbow start making really disgusting cracking sounds. it sounds like bubble wrap popping and serious grinding and crunching sounds when i lift my arm up with my palm facing down (esp when its flexing). i have also noticed while doing bicep curls my left arm is considerably weaker as is my left chest. i also seem to get a burning feeling in my left fore arm
ive gotten a CAT scan and a MRI and they both picked up nothing
and looking at my bicep (if elbow is bent at 90degrees) there is a indent in my left bicep as if a chunk is missing,
another thing is that the tendons at the elbow joint are differnt, on my right i can see and feel two and on my left there is only one
lots and lots of issues i know
if anyone has any idea what this could be any help is greatly appreciated
