I recently started on the weight training program. I am working out 4 days a week. It has the rest days during the week and one workout day during the weekend. Can I change the plan and have my whole weekend free? Those are the days when I get everything done that I couldn't during the week. Would this hurt my training if I trade a rest day during the week to workout, and then rest on the weekend? Thanks in advance.:love:

As long as you don't repeat muscle groups two days consecutively you can rearrange the rest schedule.
