I am 44 years old and have had 2 back surgeries, a total right knee-replacement, ACL repair on the left and a broken left femur. The last surgery was in 2006 and was the knee replacement. I am feeling better and would like help formulating a workout that won't put stress on these areas as I have a 4 year-old to chase around. Any thoughts would be appreceiated.
I am assu ing you did extensive physical rehab/therapy? your doctor or physical therapist should be able to tell you what not to do and then you can start to work on a routine from there...
what are your restrictions?
