Hello! My name is Zibby and I am here for the same reason you all are. I am a mother of 2 children and have been struggling with my weight. I am 5'4" at 217 lbs Since I had my first child I stayed home with her all day. So I have had problems dealing with my weight and stress. So I am hoping to try and stay with the program and see some results!!
I work a stressful job and don't always exercise or eat right because i am LAZY. It is easier to sit in my office and drink coffee than go out and run. I have to push myself to exercise. I have got to change and go out and exercise now.
You can do it!!! I was pretty close to your weight and am your height! Start working out and gradually clean up your diet by cutting out junk and increasing whole foods like veggies and fruits. drink plenty of water and be consistent - it will happen slowly but surely if you stick with it!
