can you get an unbalanced body if you do not do the right weight training exercises

I don't think that you can get an unbalanced body, unless you neglect a certain muscle group. I see alot of the guys in my gym that have a nice upper body, but have small legs because they never workout their lower body. I think that if you target all the muscle groups you should be fine.

You could get an unbalanced body if you focus on a specific area and forsake all others. Most of us work our whole bodies so I wouldn't be concerned about the right exercises.If you follow the FT workouts you will have a good balanced work out plan.

Of course you can. Look at sports like fencing and tennis.

FT's exercise programs are great developped so no need for any worries there thou.

The FT exercise programs do take out the guess work. I've seen a lot of guys that do a ton of chest work but spend very little time doing back. Then can't figure out why they aren't getting results.
