Hi guys I am Jason and I used to be in great shape; however for the past 2 years I have had a lack of motivation and have seen my six pack turn into a keg. I really need to find that spark I used to have. How did you guys motivate yourselves to get back in the game?

Sit down and write out why you want to be in shape and what will happen if you don't get back into shape. figure out your main motivation and then make some index cards with yourgoals on them that you can place around the house (on yourdresser mirror, on the bathroom mirror, etc.)

there are alos lots of posts about motivation in the other forums - try a fit buddy search for 'motivation'. fit buddy is the search engine at the bottom of the screen.
