is it true if you stop weight training your muscle turns to fat

Myth. It is physiologially impossible for muscle to turn to fat, or for fat to turn to muscle. They are two completely different types of cells. What happens when you stop training is the double whammy of muscle losing it's tone, and new layers of fat being deposited OVER the muscle, so that it looks soft and flabby.

This is correct. Everyone keeps telling me that if I lift now and stop that all my hard work will just look worse later. You can lose your muscle, but it will not turn to fat.

Fat and muscles are two completely diff things so no way that fibres suddenly can turn into fat cells.
Then why do old BB's get fat that easily?!!! Because muscles are very much alive and they need looots of energy and work to survive. When people stop, the muscles will die and the body's metabolism will drop down dramatically. That's why it's soo easy to get fat afterwards.

The second reason is because of all the hard diets from cutting. Your body has a memory and it'll do everything to keep on to the fat. Then when you stop training and start to eat "normally" your body will automatically stock more food than typical.

Being a body builder has certain disadvantages but when you realize all the good things next to........

We have to be very careful what we eat, but we are proud of our bodies.
