Hello I am a 54 year old post stroke patient who is struggling with weight issues I would like to loose 5 pounds but it won't budge, I am a weight watchers lifetime member and lost 17 pounds but now no more will go. I have also begun peri-menapause. more weight issues.

Hi and welcome to ft :) the last 5 pounds can be tricky! What is your caloric intake now? what ratio of carbs to protein to fat in your diet? WW tends to be a little carb heavy, imo. I think you would find i youup your lean protein a little, lowered your starchy carbs a little and increased you good fats you might break you plateau. Changing the type and intensity of the exercise you do could also help break your plateau.
I would have to know more about what you have been doing to guide you towards what to do :)
