Hello I am 23 years old and weight 205 lst week i went to the doctors for the first time in 15 years and they told me i could have a heart attack with in the next year if i don't start to up my good colestral and get rid of the bad... so i'm eating healthy and going to the gym 4-5 days a week i hope by joining the group I will get some insite and advice on what to do any not to do at the gym... right now i am looking for good excercises to do at the gym if you have any good ones let me know THANKS!
