Just out of curiosity, is anyone involved in, or has taken, a speed training program? If so, is there any one would recommend? I have some down time right now and would like to throw in a speed training program to see if i can boost my 40 times.

Well, if you wanna learn to become a trainer, you may need to do plenty of research.. which may come in the form of DVDs... just tossing that out there... the DVDs are pretty good, by the way.

Hmm that's a very good point... I suppose 300 dollars is a small price to pay for something that's going to serve me the rest of my life, right?
