Just wanted to say a little about myself here.

I have been overweight my entire life. About 5 years ago, I lost 60 pounds but not in a good manner. I was in a relationship where I was controlled completely, in all aspects, from financial to appearance, to what I could eat and when. After a long struggle, I got out of that relationship and have since put every single pound back on, plus an additional 15. I am struggling with figuring out how to lose the weight again for myself instead of for someone else, basically how to control how I exercise and what I eat myself, rather than having someone else forcing me to.

Make sure you're doing it for the right reasons... To be healthier, get in shape, and just be a better you. Don't think about how other people look at you. I have done that for too long. Now I'm doing it for me! Because I want to be healthy! Think about how you want to be able to climb stairs without loosing your breath or go for 2 mile jog if you want! :O) Set up a free fitness plan on here. I have just started one and I found that logging on and telling someone that I have to workout today.. makes me make sure I get it done. Because someone else knows I have to lol. :O) Goodluck!!
