6 am, 5 eggs, cup of sour cream, and a piece of white bread. about 400 calories

9 am, Truemass protein shake 600 calories

12 am. 170 grams of spaghetti, 500 calories

3 pm. Truemass protein shake 600 calories

6 pm. 8 Oz of Lean Ground Beef 500 calories

9 pm. Truemass Shake, 600 calories

I weigh 65 kg, am 6 foot tall and looking to gain mass does this diet seem okay? My workout plan is 3 days a week with all the big compound workouts spread out in those 3 days.

I would switch to whole grain bread, eat more real foods like sweet potatoes, brown rice, oats, vegetbales, chicken breasts, fish, etc instead of so many shakes and try for a ratio of 40/40/20 pro/carbs/fat.

A cup of sour cream for breakfast?

Too many shakes, eat more real food. Walnuts, peanut butter, lunchmeat sandwiches, etc.

Actually bump up the shakes with something, eat more than 3,200 calories if you want to gain some mass.
