Hey everybody!
I'm new to this site, and I have to say. It's great. I'm 17 years old, and I want to start a regular excercise program to achieve better health, have more energy, and tighten up my body. My diet is very healthy, I eat good, healthy breakfasts almost everyday, decent lunch, and home-cooked, healthy dinner. (not feast haha) I'm 6'1, and 183 pounds, and I just really want to start a routine excercise program to tighten up the flab i have on my stomach and my pecs. Please help! Thanks,
