This week all of a sudden I realised that I am not feeling like going to the gym like before. Even if I go I end up doing quite a low intensity workout. I surely do not want this. I think my exercise programme needs a change and I need to do something different. This is where I need some help from you all.
I want to do short bursts of high intensive training. Anyone doing something like this? Could you please suggest me?? I want to know things like which exercises to do in supersets, tabatha training etc.
