Alright I'm going through a divorce and I said fuck it I'm going to work out and look good. I am on a mission and I bust my ass. I went from 190 to 173 and I almost have a 4 pack. Anyways, working out has helped me let out aggression.
Well agression can be handy for getting that last rep out but don't over-do it because it's easy to injure yourself or overtrain when you're just starting out. I understand where you're coming from; I recently went through a bad deal with my marriage that nearly ended in divorce. Thankfully it did not but it got me looking at alot of things more seriously and exercise really helped vent alot of my hard feelings. I hope you feel better about yourself and get in the best shape of your life.
