Sign me up for fat loss - I will be on vacation the last week on the year so I should be nice and (more) plump come Jan 5th. I should be able to drop a good amt of weight the first couple of weeks

Sweet!!!! Thus far from the confirmations I've received there are now 2 for Strength Gains and 3 for Weight Loss...

I think we will all be a little pleasantly plump after the holiday's. :)

when do we start and what stats do you want and can i compete in both categories? I probably wont make any major strength gains while cutting, but it could happen....

I can't set goals until tomorrow as I'm going for a Deadlift PR and once I see where I am with that I will give the 3 month goals I have for Squat, Deadlift and Bench.

Hey after receiving a few messages I am postponing the start date of this until next Monday, January 11th. There are only a few participants, but we still want to press ahead... I will have the requirements that are needed for each category up no later than tomorrow evening for you all.

Let's make this a great fun one! Plus I have a few people here that are going to be doing the challenge with me.
