I am on the second week of my "at home training". The problem I have ran into is that my daily life sometimes "interupts" my exercise routine. It's too cold for me to go walking so I depend on what I can do in the house. My first week went pretty smoothly..hurt like hell for a few days though. But this week I have only done 2 of my 3 days. Will this hinder me? Another bad thing is it's thanksgiving..lots of food. I try to limit what I eat and how much.

Ease into it and gradually it will become consistent. the more consistent you are, the better your results.

Today we regoingto get an execise machine for the home. How do I update my fitness program to include exercises from a machine?
