Hi All I am new to the site and used the program this morning my question is this....on the sets and reps it says for example machine incline press 1x16, 1x14, and 1x12, now do I lift in a pyramid style or am I lifting the heaviest I can do for the 16 reps and holding that for the 14 and 12?:(

I lift heavier as the reps go down.
