hey guys just a quick question (I think) I am doing crunches and twists and leg raises...with the crunches should I be using weights and what do u reccomend?
I have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes (my father had type 1) and the doc has given me 2 weeks to see an improvement and 4 weeks to get it under control with diet..so the eating right is getting there, I do cardio 20 minutes and weights for 30 minutes four days a week.
