I drink about 120 oz. a day. - It's a ton, & you go to the bathroom alot, but for some reason i feel a huge difference just in the days that I'm getting high amounts of water vs. ~average amounts. I'd strongly recommend at least 96 ounces.. water works wonders for the body!.. I read a few interesting things about it oday actually... but now I can't find the article I read earlier..
