I have always known that allot of water is very important when it comes to body building. How much water should I be drinking per day?

that is debated.. most bodybuilders consume around a gallon a day, but that will vary depending on their size.

Just drink plenty of fresh water all day long. be sure to have 16oz before your workout and another 16-32oz sipped during your workout.

I drink about 120 oz. a day. - It's a ton, & you go to the bathroom alot, but for some reason i feel a huge difference just in the days that I'm getting high amounts of water vs. ~average amounts. I'd strongly recommend at least 96 ounces.. water works wonders for the body!.. I read a few interesting things about it oday actually... but now I can't find the article I read earlier..
