I am currently starting to train and am finding it very hard to fit all the high protein meals into my schedule. Would it be ok to make up for taht protein with protein bars? Is tehre a limit to how much protein I should be replacing with protein bars?

Obviously do what you have to to meet your protein needs. If you can find 'better' sources of protein, you will be better off. But in a pinch, protein bars will help you meet your needs. Look for 'quality' bars though.

Should I keep up with the intake of protein bars even on rest days?
