I recently started working out seriously and watching how much I'm lifting every day. By how much should I be increasing the the weight that I lift every week to see good results?
-Thanks

That's a question that can't be given an answer with numbers.. There are a lot of factors. Just make sure your pushing yourself and striving to increase and you'll be fine. Adding weights doesn't neccissarily mean better results... you could be hurting more than heping if you don't know what you're doing.

A good rule of thumb is that if you finish all of your sets WITH GOOD STRICT FORM, with the same amount of weight, bump it up next time you work out. You should always be looking for progression when you lift. However don't sacrifice form for the sake of adding weight.
