I believe the shoulder workout is incorperated into your training, although I could be mistaken. go to your fitness profile and then into your week-by-week chart. It'll be there at the bottom with stars around it..If it isn't, double check to see if it even registered on your plan.. It sould be there, just is in a place easy to miss.
