I apologise for the double post but I think this forum would be a better place for this question. I am doing the 8 week full body workout + abs. I am completing week one. Should the muscle group progress chart work on the full body workout program? I am entering in the info into the database but none of the muscle group are click able. Am I doing something incorrect? It is only 3 days worth of data. I don't expect meaningful data, rather just exploring the site. Thanks in advance for your help.
