Hello everyone,
I am looking to try and utilize this site to help take my current fitness to another level. I have been working out and eating right, but have not been able to get the physique I was hoping for, so with this information we shall see.

Welcome to ft! I hear this a lot - most of the time people are misinformed as to what 'eating right' is and are often underconsuming or consuming the wrong ratios of carbs/protein/fat for their goals. Training is another area full of misconceptions and useless programs.
What is your current diet and your current routine and what are your goals?
