Hi, I just started today and entered my food for the day into the nutritional plan and it is amazing! I just need to know how to take the data and make changes with it. For example, I had a higher fat and lower carb intake than recommended. Do I just look for ways to cut the fat and add carbs? I thought carbs were bad for me. Thanks! This is awesome!

Carbs aren't bad for you as long as you are eating the right kind of carb, in the proper quantities as needed for your dietary goals. Simple or "empty" carbs are what you need to stay away from or at least cut way back(i.e. sugary snacks, pop, white bread, candy).
You should take a look at the "stickies" in the diet and nutrition forum for advice on how to control your diet. Oh AND BE WARNED: This site estimates high for calories if you are using a weight loss program.

Thanks!

I have never paid close attention to this sort of thing I am reading all the posts that seem to relate to my goals. I even googled Carbohydrates! Thanks for the good info.
