I've always had a tough time working shoulders and chest on the same day, but that's just me. My split is day 1:Chest, back, biceps. Day 2: Legs, shoulders, triceps. Wednesday rest, then repeat. I'm currently cutting the last little bit of fat from a bulking cycle and this has worked for me, but everyone is different. How many sets per muscle group are you doing?
