I was wondering how many times per week are you supposed to workout each bodypart? Like if I do my chest on monday, do I wait until the following monday before I train it again? If I'm supposed to train each bodypart twice a week, do I do the same routine both days? Or do I keep them both different? Thank you
Welcome to ft! Have you signed up for an ft program yet? If not, you should. Let ft tailor an exercise program for you. The programs are designed to target one or two muscle groups per day. They are also flexible in accommodating the number of days per week you are able to train.
To answer your question, you can train each bodypart more than once per week.
