im 23, and i havnt been playing rugby for over a year now, ive gained alota fat since, i way 85kg,and im 1,75m,if i could just get some exercises that could help me turn fat into muscle, i dont want to lose the weight coz i play flank, but i also want have the speed.hope someone could help.
