You take a dumbell and put weight on one end, hold the dumbell like a hammer. Start with your palm facing the floor and rotate your wrist until your palm is facing the ceiling and back again. This is one rep, use light weight and keep control of the dumbell at all times. Gives your forearms a good burn. Hope this makes since. sean......
