I love these threads except for the fact that noone bothers to read this forum.
I will save the flaming and tell you outright that there's 0 need to work your arms.

Work big lifts. I would be more concerned with what you can deadlift, squat, weighted chin, weighted dip, push press, power clean...
weighted chins/dips will get you strong and will make your arms grow.

I would work your arms for an assistance exercise,do some Heavy barbell curls and some hammer curls,youll work your arms hard on back day any how,but if your a powerlifter why worry abour how big your arms are,I worry and thats why I work them hard 12 to 15 sets,I love to work arms do it if you like it.:angry:
