The Inzer Forever belts are amazing. 13mm will be too much for what your needs are, though. 10mm lever is what I have and it's awesome. If you don't go with the lever, at least go with the double prong.

Say what you will but I love my 13mm lever inzer belt as do most others who buy the belt.
You'll probably need XL size...

Also on the lever belts do you have to adjust them for different lifts or dose it stay the same?-------------- Knock-Um Down & Keep-Um Down! My Log http://www.freetrainers.com/FT/jsp/Message.jsp?f_ix=15&t_ix=1609 Squat 285 Deadlift 340 Bench 260x2 Overhead Press 170x2 V & T-Bar Rows 200x3 |

They stay the same. Benefit of Lever belt is that you can get it considerably tighter.
PR Inzer Belt is lever and adjustable as necessary. It's over 100$ tho.

After many forum inquiries and to be honest most had me going with the single prong I went with the Forever Lever Belt 10MM BLACK XLARGE(39-42).
A mentor in my gym told me months ago to get a lever. -------------- Knock-Um Down & Keep-Um Down! My Log http://www.freetrainers.com/FT/jsp/Message.jsp?f_ix=15&t_ix=1609 Squat 285 Deadlift 340 Bench 260x2 Overhead Press 170x2 V & T-Bar Rows 200x3 |

I called Inzer today and this is what I was told, Measure around your naval with your workout close and even gear if you use.
I measured 41 inches and was told to go with the XL 39-42 and that would actually put me in around the middle of the belt, if this stands to be untrue once I receive my belt I will correct this post by letting you all know. -------------- Knock-Um Down & Keep-Um Down! However, for the weight and movements that SFGiantsMVP will be performing while wearing the belt, a 13mm will be overkill. A 10mm will suffice in this case. -------------- --JBennett "I've up-ed my intensity.... now up yours!" "Pain is only weakness leaving the body." You will be more than satisfied with it. But why black? They offer sooo many shades of pink and purple... Kidding... mine's black, too... or at least it was. i eventually want to get a lever belt, but i have an elite single prong 13mm power belt.
i know you already bought it but i wanted to put my 2 cents in in case anyone reads this in the future. why would you want a double prong? single prong is more than sufficient. my training partner has the same belt as i but double, and it is such a b*tch to get it really tight and does not really make much of a difference in terms of strength. just my thoughts... |

Yeah, I'm a bit bigger than you, but my waist is smaller than yours. The XL will be fine. You can adjust it very easily and I'm sure it'll fit just fine.

How tight do you wear your belt I just got mine and it's big and I have only 1 whole left to go tighter then I start punching my own hole lol but I think it's tight enough as is.
My friend should me his today and I think his is to small becuase he get a pitch in the belt where I don't because of so much over lap. I have where I have to take a breath to get it to snap, I have to stand upright suck in gut and then snap it. If I make it just 1 notch looser I don't have to suck in gut so I think I got it perfect but not sure. -------------- Knock-Um Down & Keep-Um Down! http://www.freetrainers.com/FT/jsp/Message.jsp?f_ix=15&t_ix=1609 Squat 285 Deadlift 355 Bench 260x2 |

You should take in a deep breath and then tighten the belt.

I'm debating on sending it back for a large or just keep it and if I need it smaller for some reason because my waist got smaller I can just drill my own hole in it.-------------- Knock-Um Down & Keep-Um Down! http://www.freetrainers.com/FT/jsp/Message.jsp?f_ix=15&t_ix=1609 Squat 285 Deadlift 355 Bench 260x2 |

I just measure waist today and it's 39, 39.5 with clothes and if I ever get into gear then that would even go higher so the belt should do.
If I lose weight I can put my own holes in it I guess. -------------- Knock-Um Down & Keep-Um Down! http://www.freetrainers.com/FT/jsp/Message.jsp?f_ix=15&t_ix=1609 Squat 285 Deadlift 355 Bench 260x2 |

Holy Crap!
I just discovered a real good thing about the belt being big. If I turn the lever to the side on my hip I end up with double belt perfectly across my stomach. Thank God I went with a 10mm because even with the front being doubled it's still feels good. 10mm back with a 20mm front is what I got woo hoo! Ok I know shut up about my belt but it's my 1st one and I'm stoked but I shutting up now. -------------- Knock-Um Down & Keep-Um Down! http://www.freetrainers.com/FT/jsp/Message.jsp?f_ix=15&t_ix=1609 Squat 285 Deadlift 355 Bench 260x2 |
