hi everyone, im 25 mom of 3 stay at home, and im 5'3 and my weight is 230lbs im trying to lose weight and i cant seem to find a exercise that i can do with my bad knee,standing siting walking everything kills it and i have a cruched verdrbray(dont know if i spelt that wrigh or not,not good at spelling) well anyways i need some help anyone
start by cleaning up your diet. every pound you lose takes about 3 pounds of pressure off your knees.walk. go for a walk every day. as you lose weight and get stronger you can ease into some strength training.
