I am trying to get back into working out and eating better to get a few unwanted lbs off. I was in great shape 2 years ago after working overseas and hitting the gym regularly. I started working offshore on drilling rigs again as a paramedic and between not doing much and eating alot I am not to happy with the weight I have gained in the past 2 years. I would like to shed about 20 lbs and just get back into a routine int he gym.
