I have the beginner 5 day Weight Loss & Definition Training with special 12 week abs. Now i may be crazy but wouldn't you expect an ab workout in this? My first week has: legs, shoulders/calves, back/forearms, chest/calves (twice?), and biceps/triceps. And there is no cardio type excercise, the gym i'm joining has cybex so am expecting to use the Arc Trainer.
If you look down below on your exercise program page where it has your workouts it will show the "AB" workout separately... Depending on which day it starts.
If this doesn't make sense email me and I can try to walk you through it.
