daily diet plan

hey everyone I just joined and was wondering if anyone could help me out with a diet plan. I currently am about 7 percent bodyfat and I weigh about 170- 175 pounds. My abs are not exactly where I would like them to be. Maybe someone could come up with a daily diet regimen? thanks

your 7% and your abs aren't where you want? I don't think you are 7% then.What method did you use to determine your percentage?
