I'm starting this program (workout at home version) because I'm overweight and lazy and sedentary. I gain and lose and I don't think that's healthy so I'm looking for a program that I can wake up and do at home and not have the excuse of not wanting to go to the gym (which, btw, I can't afford at this point anyway). I do plan to keep close track of my food intake and exercise schedule with the convenient software on this site. I'm not in a hurry to lose weight, but steady gains will be important. I'm not one to hop on a scale every day, either. So I'm looking around on the site to help my meal-planning strategy, which I think is key.
when u doing meal-planning concentrate on consume food that are good for you and avoid telling yourself about food you can't have. I don't know about you but I find myself eating more bad food when i tell myself i can't have that anymore. remember is not what eat occationaly but what you eat daily that affects you in long term.
good luck on your gourney
