When I log my exercises like dips behind the back,on my input weight used,do I record my body weight or just added extra weight or how do you calculate this....also with ab exercises...??? The journey is only beginning....
Don't use your body weight just use any weight you use. I usually put 0 in for ab exercises unless you hold a plate against your chest while doing a crunch... As for dips behind the back you can set your feet up on another bench and then get a buddy to put a plate on your legs then do the dips behind your back... otherwise just put 0 in..
