Hi everyone,

I am 6'5'. My body fat is about 15%. My goal is to improve the look of my body (to get ripped). I have read that you need to get your body fat % down to really see results. How can I do this. I have been on the gain mass program for 4 weeks. I take Mega Whey after each workout. I really want to see results in my chest and abs. What would be the best way of doing this?

You have to make a choice. If you want to get to a really low BF%, you may have to sacrifice some muscle. There are two programs you can check out online, both of which incorporate zig-zagging calories around your BMR. Take a look at
http://www.peakphysiques.com
http://www.thepowerstore.com

Jeremy Likness does fitness and nutritional evaluations for free on peak physiques, but thepowerstore has Leanness Lifestyle, which you have to pay to get.

Just eat healthy and do some cardio the first thing in the mornings and you'll be fine.

No, no need to sacrifice muscles to become lean if you stay careful and don't loose too much weight too fast.

Losing bodyfat is predominately a function of your diet then training and cardio.
