body fat loss for spring break

I have about a month and a half until spring break. I'm 6'1 and weigh 230 and would love to get down to around 215 without losing my muscle mass? any suggestions?

ummm plan ahead farther?

Cut your carbs downn, increase your protein and do lots of cardio....15 pounds in 6 weeks is a bit hopeful.
