Hi! Who's here that is making 2009 a better year with a new outlook on self and body?
I signed up on the 7th. Although my exercise program doesn't start until the 12th. I'm walking everyday. (Have been since Late November)
I think this site is the place to be for me. It is vast. So many people looking for a nitch (me included) I hoped newbies, like me, could gather round. Please reply and tell me how to reply without the quote (previous post attached). Peg *smile
Well, I'm disappointed that no one replied to my post.:( I'm still coming here. 2009 is my year! So will 2010 and 2011. The nutrition diet tracker is helping me more than I could imagine. My only complaint is that it is time consuming. I just finished telling my daughter that anything worth doing takes time. :)There you go... Today starts Day One of my exercise program but since I started walking I've lost.... 5.5 pounds. :big_smile:

Oh, and the nutrition log this is really useful! Yeah, looking up the stuff is kind of a pain, but w/e.
