hello all
i have been following the no-equipment and non no-weight home workout plan
i have two questions:
(1) why not do my workout DAILY instead of the assigned "3-days-a-week" routine? (this came up though i had opted for working 5 days which was the max possible in the form)
(2) i wish to concentrate on shaping my torso into a better V shape (can i call this shoulder widening?) what modifications can i make for the purpose?
if any of u are following the same workout, please share your experiences through it..

You masy want to invest in some free weights or resistance bands, you will need resistance to broaden your back and shoulders to create a better v-taper.
