This is my first week on here and my Thursday workout is telling me to do lying triceps extension as 2 of my 3 exercises. Then for my Saturday workout it is telling me to do Seated Machine Flys twice. Is this correct?? Why wouldn't it just tell me to do 6 sets instead of 3? Is this common?? Is there a mistake in this system?
