hi im not good at dieting for the fact that i dont really measure my food intake or cal. ect
plus i only eat once a day maybe 2

You don't HAVE to count calories... it helps, though... AND you should be eating six or so times per day... do you have a specific question?

My snacks are usually between 200-300 calories,3 times per day. I also eat the usual three meals. I think counting calories is a good idea for beginners, because it lets you associate a calorie value with the foods and portions you eat. Depending on your weight, the amount of calories for maintainence is going to differ.
