Well Im 18 and next month it will be a year since i had my son. My bmi is i think almost 27 or something like that so this isn't just about losing weight to look good but to be healthy too. Ive struggled all my life with weight and this past year ive been sitting on my butt. if im not sitting on my butt im in college and if not im watching my son grow. I just joined so i start my workout on monday.
I want to lose at least 20 pound to get into my bmi but an additional 20 would be better my ideal weight is 125.
How do you guess set time aside to this stuff.
my day starts at six am. i usually don't eat breakfast and im out the door to school and i don't get home till two. i also walk to take the bus to go anywhere and when i get home im so exhuasted that i don't wanna do anything.
would eating breakfast help my energy when i get home so i would want to work out?
How do you also stay motivated to keep going especially if your impatient like me and don't see results asap?
Can i lose weight a healthy way as well as a quick way?

Yes, I eat breakfast... everyday.. never miss breakfast as it is the single most important meal of the day. You want to break the fast your body has been on. And yes, it will give you energy through the day, provided you continue to eat healthy.
As for quick... there is no real healthy way to lose fat quickly.
Check out the diet forum for some great food ideas.

yea it would also exercising would help feel more energized as well...
as far as diet goes you want to eat like a king in the morning, eat like a prince/princess for lunch and eat like a pesant at night....
also give yourself 2 hrs from after you and when you go to sleep
best of luck....

I had the same problem, and after I had my kids I procatinated! Now they're 18 and 16, and the load has been on too long. I lost 15 by nearly cutting out the carbs, and when I replaced it with cheese and fruit and veggies, it became a healthy habit. Now I want to add excercise to it, and went to a second hand store and got an eliptical trainer for $350. Best think I ever bought!, I walk when the wind chill is -25!
