hello everyone, i would like to know how you get rid of that annoying bum and thighs...
in 2006 i was in a terrable cars accident and broke my left femur. as a result of this, i gain alot of wieght, as i was not able to move around like i use to, and still to this day, i haven't done most of the things i use to.
if anyone know what could help me with this problem thats would be great...thanks

Depends on your limitations physically. If you want an excellent fat loss plan, look up the WSSC Challenge Thread and find the food plan.
If you are able to do them, the WSSC workout routines will help reshape your bum and thighs and burn fat.
