Whats good stretching to do before excersises?
And for a warmup is jumping jacks suitable?
Also how much time rest should i do between
rep's.
if theres an excercise for arms,
do i do the set of reps for each one or
combine it for both?

Don't stretch cold muscles, only stretch after warm up. It helps your muscles to get ready for the efford and it can protect your joints as well.
Go jumping jack all you want. It's fine.
How heavy do you take and what do you want? Normally the resting time in between exercises is 30-90 sec but that depends on your goals.
Yes you can work bis and tris together in superset.
